California Waymarking

So many locations, so many existing waymarks visit or create new ones?  With no wheels it was how many can be waymarked in walking distance with a limited schedule. 

Picked up a few new ones and added a new category to the grid. 

Hanging out in Prince Edward Island...on vacation...a few waymarks and a few visits.

366 Days of Waymarking

Saw that I approved a waymark for Peter and Gloria of Winnipeg that became their 366 day of posting waymarks a Dairy Queen with a mural on the front ... yesterday was my milestone of posting a waymark everyday of the year....  Posted a waymark about 12 foot Davis.  Who found that two prospectors had taken their more than alotted 100 foot claims and that there was 12 feet that he could claim.  From the claim he mined somewhere around $20 - 30,000 worth of gold.

Well just got back from a spring break trip to an island of surf, sand, sunshine and wind.  Every afternoon the winds picked up on Maui which apparently isn't surprising to the locals that told us that this island is the windiest of the chain.

Did manage to catch a waymark or two but spent more time learning to surf than waymarking.

So many photographs to log....where to start?  Some of them I need to start soon as I see that I am approving waymarks that I could have posted with photographs and coordinates I have from July / August vacation.  Time flies.
